Iran Attacks: Adults Are In Charge.

Iran Attacks: Adults Are In Charge.

Here are some random thoughts 48 hours after Operation Epic Fury commenced:

Men in dresses are no longer running the military. The adults are now in charge. And it shows.

Pete Hegseth was a stellar pick for Secretary of War. When he talked about building the lethality of our fighting forces, he clearly meant it. From the pinpoint precision of Midnight Hammer to the extraction of Madura from Venezuela to this weekend’s quick eradication of Ayatollah Khamenei and other top Iranian officials, the execution of these maneuvers has been almost flawless.

Contrast that with Carter’s 1980 helicopter debacle, Obama’s pallets full of cash and Biden’s reckless surrender in Afghanistan.

Botched foreign policies that strengthened evil regimes and made America look impotent.

Donald Trump finally did what Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden didn’t do: He ridded the world of a malignant cleric who headed a diabolical theocracy that in 1979 took 66 American embassy workers hostage in Tehran, that killed tens of thousands of its own people, that dragged Iranian women back to the 7th century, that exported terrorism to the West and Israel, that killed 220 U.S. Marines in Beirut in 1983, that hung rape victims and threw gays from rooftops.

Recent intelligence suggested Iran was preparing to attack US military installations. Given that, Saturday was less the start of a war than Judgment Day. Retribution for all of the atrocities Iranian Muslim leaders inflicted on Americans when they launched a war against the U.S. 47 years ago. (Ironically it took our 47th president to give the orders.)

When a mob of armed jihadis attacked the U.S. consulate in Karachi on Sunday, penetrating the perimeter and setting fires, they learned the difference between a Hillary Clinton Secretary of State and Marco Rubio. Instead of another Benghazi, the Marines guarding the building opened fire, killing at least 20 and wounding 120.

Message sent: Don’t even think about attacking American diplomatic missions anywhere in the world.

Again, adults are back in charge.

It’s worth noting that American radicals who beclowned themselves during last week’s State of the Union address, have now thrown their support behind the oppressive, brutal, patriarchal regime in Tehran. They were out in force on Saturday with pre-printed signs demanding the U.S. leave the Iranian regime in power.

Good luck with that.

It’s a helluva position to take on the eve of the mid-terms.

While Persians were dancing in the streets and cheering Donald Trump from Tehran to Sydney Australia, leftists in America - especially liberal white women - were trading in their Palestinian signs for Iranian ones, and demanding that the US stop the attacks. Iranian women must be flabbergasted that their “sisters” in the U.S. are content to see them forced to cover their heads and executed for the sin of showing their hair.

The New York Times? It never disappoints. Read the headline about Khamenei’s death:

The Washington Post was worse. Get a load of this, in Khamenei’s obituary:

Yeah, that’s what the world will miss most about the supreme leader of Iran: his bushy white beard and easy smile.

These outlets are sickening.

None of us know how long these attacks will last and how deadly they will be for American troops. A hopeful sign was the unlikely alliance formed over the weekend in the MidEast between Arab nations and Israel against Iran.

The world is closer now than any time in 47 years to being rid of the rancid regime in Iran.

It’s disconcerting to know that the left in America sides with the oppressors. Sadly, not surprising.
