Don Lemon belongs in jail. With a little luck he may get there.
Lemon and a band of Minnesota street animals disrupted a Baptist church service on Sunday in St. Paul. The anarchists were screaming the name the woman who was killed by an ICE officers and also chanting, “hands up, don’t shoot.”
The disgraced former CNN reporter claimed to be there as a journalist simply to live-stream the riot, but it was clear he was acting in concert with the lunatics, even joking coyly on camera as the mob assembled in the snow that he didn’t know exactly where they were going.
The rioters, with Lemon in tow, burst into the Sunday worship service at Cities Church, terrorizing parishioners.
These folks had good reason to fear. Less than five months earlier a deranged trans shooter opened fire in a nearby Minneapolis Catholic church while young children were attending mass. That psycho killed a 10-year-old and an 8-year-old and injured 30 others. The shooter also died.
How could Sunday’s worshippers know for sure that the lunatics running rabidly around their church weren’t also murderous? They were clearly unhinged.
Once inside, Lemon proceeded to lecture the pastor about so-called constitutional right to protest.
Lemon is an idiot.
The constitution protects our right to peaceably assemble. That does not include blocking traffic, throwing fireworks or rocks or running wild on private property and terrorizing children.
Additionally, churches enjoy special protection under several federal statutes including the 1994 FACE Act which prohibits protests at abortion clinics and places of worship.
The Department of Justice is preparing charges against many of the participants, reportedly that includes Lemon.
In a podcast interview on Monday Lemon doubled down, blaming the white congregants’ “white supremacy” for their negative reaction to invaders in their worship space.
Why did these radical whack jobs target this church?
It’s unclear, but there are reports that someone on the staff is connected with ICE. Who cares if the pastor himself if the ICE director, no one has the right to invade and disrupt Americans who are engaging in worship. These demonic vulgarians need to stay out of churches, let people worship in peace.
The Feds must put an end to the lawlessness in Minneapolis. This church case should be an easy one. Lemon conveniently recorded the faces of the ringleaders and at least one big mouth has already been identified as a Minnesota school board member. (Another reason to get your kids out of public schools.)
If Mayor Jacob Frey won’t get his city in order, Washington needs to do it.
