World’s A Better Place With Jeffrey Epstein Dead.

World’s A Better Place With Jeffrey Epstein Dead.

In a conversation with my daughter yesterday I gave my usual mid-afternoon sigh: I can’t decide what to write about for tomorrow.

“You’re not writing about Jeffrey Epstein?” she asked, sounding surprised.

Nah, I don’t really care about him.

“Since when?” she asked.

Hey, professional commentators don’t have to care about everything, do they? Epstein is on my don’t-really-care list along with Diddy (although I do wonder why he needed 1,000 bottles of baby oil while I still have the same one I bought when my first child was born in 1988), Area 51 and stamp collecting.

I don’t believe I ever cared that much. I figured Bill Clinton was mixed up with Epstein and I would have enjoyed the details of that unholy alliance. Any connection to the British royal family would be delicious, of course. But I’ve learned that lots of  powerful people flew on Epstein’s private plane to his private island, some with their families.

Apparently it wasn’t all sex all the time.

Epstein was a sick, evil man but he wasn’t stupid. It was always doubtful that there was a trove of evidence of blackmail in the hands of the FBI.

Besides, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino says the evidence shows that Epstein really did kill himself and that there is no client list nor evidence of blackmail.

I believe Bongino. He strikes me as a straight shooter. I can’t believe that after years of demanding that the government come clean about the pervert, the entire Trump administration is suddenly in on a cover up. And if Trump had been canoodling on the island, the Biden administration would have found a way to leak it.

Have I written about Epstein before? I wondered. I honestly couldn’t remember. So I googled “Kerry Dougherty and Jeffrey Epstein” and this popped up from AI.

The connection between Kerry Dougherty and Jeffrey Epstein appears to be in the context of Dougherty's commentary and writings about Epstein. In a blog post from 2021, Dougherty expressed a desire to see Prince Andrew interviewed about his relationship with Epstein.

It is important to note that the provided search results do not indicate any personal relationship or direct involvement between Kerry Dougherty and Jeffrey Epstein in his alleged crimes. The information suggests that Dougherty, as a writer, has addressed the Epstein case in her work.

Recent news surrounding the Epstein case focuses on the Justice Department stating that no "client list" was maintained, and no further files would be released. This has been a topic of discussion regarding previous claims made by figures like Pam Bondi, who had suggested possessing such a list. These developments highlight the ongoing public interest and discussions surrounding the Epstein case, a context in which Dougherty's commentary on the matter would be relevant.

Whew, that’s a relief. There’s no personal relationship between me and Epstein. And it looks like I wrote about him once.

Who cares?

And I’m done. Unless, of course, we find out that Pam Bondi (who appears to be in way over her head as Attorney General with her ridiculous head fakes on this case) FBI director Kash Patel and Bongino are part of an evil triumvirate protecting Epstein and power brokers who abused minors in the Caribbean.

Epstein was a con artist and a really, really bad person. He reportedly kept a trove of kiddie porn, may have victimized children himself and certainly had an appetite for young or barely legal girls that were procured for him by his partner-in-crime, Ghislaine Maxwell.

The feds prosecuted Maxwell and in 2022 she was found guilty of sex trafficking and sentenced to 20 years in prison. Epstein was in jail awaiting his turn.

Jeffrey Epstein was about to spend the rest of his life behind bars. He offed himself.

The world’s a better place with Epstein dead.

If it turns out this isn’t true. If there really is a conspiracy, if he was murdered, I’ll revisit the subject. Until then, I have nothing new to add to the conversation.
