Federal Judges And Their Crazy Love For Illegal Aliens
I don’t spend a lot of time here critiquing the judiciary. I don’t have a law license, plus, after covering courts for several years as a newspaper reporter I developed a great deal of respect for the American judicial system.
But the judicial coup that’s happening right now in federal courtrooms across the country is truly an abomination. These are not learned judges applying the law fairly.
These are activist judges determined to block the Trump administration from ridding the country of illegal aliens who were allowed to enter the country during the lawless Biden administration.They seem to embrace the Biden philosophy that everyone on earth has a right to live in America, no matter how they got here.
These are judges siding with those who entered our country illegally, overstayed visas, ignored our immigration laws, joined gangs, committed crimes and in the most recent case, set peaceful American Jews on fire.
(Notice I didn’t say Mohamed Soliman “allegedly” committed these heinous acts in Boulder on Sunday. There’s no “allegedly” about it. The man was captured on film screaming at and igniting innocent Americans. He’s told authorities that he planned his incendiary afternoon for a year and he’d do it again. Soliman is a bloodthirsty, insane Islamic extremist and a member of a death cult who’s probably disappointed he didn’t die while trying to kill Jews.)
Under U.S. Immigration laws, non-citizen spouses and children of terrorists are considered “inadmissible aliens.”
That should be the end of the loathsome Soliman family’s American adventure.
When the State Department revoked the visas of Soliman’s wife and five kids, when ICE took them into custody and put them on the fast track for deportation, the government was acting on behalf of the American people.
Now a Biden-appointed judge, Gordon Gallagher, has stepped in to stop the deportations. Even though the legal filings admit that the family enetered the country on 6-month tourist visas and then stayed.
The family will have a hearing next week and Lord knows what legal gymnastics they’ll engage in to put off the inevitable deportations.
Predictably, mid-wit Democrats are weeping that the family of a satanic terrorist should not be sent packing. Their eldest daughter wants to be a doctor! Frankly, we don’t need doctors who were brainwashed from birth that America is evil and all Jews should die.
News flash: Donald Trump was elected on a promise to close our borders and deport illegals who are already in the country. We knew it would not be pretty or easy to round up millions of illegal aliens and get them out.
But we didn’t expect the federal judiciary to erect bogus roadblocks that take precious months to dismantle.
Ultimately, the deportations will take place and the Soliman family will go back to Egypt, Kuwait or wherever the heck they belong.
Unfortunately, we’re going to have to watch the performative theater in federal courts for a few weeks as knotheaded lawyers waste their legal educations trying to keep illegals in the country.
Oh, and in another outrageous ruling on Wednesday infamous D.C. Judge James Boasberg ruled that illegal aliens affiliated with gangs and being held in El Salvador can contest the determination that they’re gang members.
Cute, judge.
You know MS13 and Tren de Aragua don’t hand out membership cards or collect dues. You’re just enabling illegal hairbags to tie up the courts in yet another attempt to return to a country where they can wreak havoc on ordinary decent Americans.
The moral of this story: Elections have consequences. Put Democrats in the White House and you get activist federal judges who will, without fail, take the side of illegal aliens and gang members over the safety of American citizens.
Trump will have the opportunity to appoint roughly 100 intelligent federal judges.
That’s a start.
