Illegal Alien Charged With Murder In Fairfax County

Fairfax police were celebrating last week when they quickly nabbed a 23-year-old Marvin Fernando Ortiz, who was suspected of shooting his Reston roommate, Marvin Ernesto Morales, 40, to death.
But when you flesh out this all-too-familiar story out you realize the bad guy isn’t only the suspected shooter, it’s the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney, one Steve Descano and the rest of the left-wing lunkheads controlling law enforcement in that sanctuary county.
Let’s reiterate:
ICE confirms that a murder suspect arrested for shooting & killing a man in Reston, VA yesterday is a Salvadoran illegal alien who had just been released from the Fairfax County, VA jail the day beforehand with ICE's detainer request ignored.
23-year-old Marvin Morales-Ortez, a citizen of El Salvador, was arrested yesterday following a manhunt after a man was found shot & killed inside of a home in Reston, VA.
Morales-Ortez had been in Fairfax County jail while facing charges for brandishing a gun and assaulting & inuring someone, but he was released on Tuesday when the case was dropped. ICE says their detainer to transfer him to their custody was ignored by Fairfax County.
That’s right. This illegal hairbag was in jail - and released - last week but the order to turn him over to ICE in order to deport his illegal derriere back to El Salvador, was ignored by the sanctuary county of Fairfax.
Not only that, seems this particular illegal has been arrested at least six times in Fairfax County (God knows how many times in other jurisdictions) since 2020 on charges ranging from assault and battery, to brandishing a firearm to larceny and disorderly conduct.
Why wasn’t Ortez deported the last six times he was in custody by Fairfax law enforcement?
Instead, they waited until he killed someone to decide to actually lock him up without bail.
It’s worth noting that Descano is not only a George Soros puppet, he’s also a major supporter and pal of governor-elect Abigail Spanberger.
