Brown University Gunman: Pursued By Clown Posse

Brown University Gunman: Pursued By Clown Posse

It’s official. Providence, Rhode Island is a clown show.

Unfortunately, the woke bozos running that city’s government, police department and Brown University are supposed to be tracking a killer who’s been on the loose since Saturday afternoon.

Instead of releasing information that could bring the murderer to justice, the Providence brain trust has been running around in circles, spouting gibberish at press conferences and engaging in a massive CYA operation. The images they’ve released so far of the “person of interest” are reminiscent of blurry Sasquatch photos.

This Ivy League college, with its hefty tuition of about $68,000 a year, is relying on neighborhood Ring doorbells to identify the killer.

Unbelievable.

Furthermore, the police chief has a penchant for speaking Spanish at his pressers, which isn’t helpful. Oh, and the performative sign language interpreter? Why, Providence, why?

Speaking of why, when asked why it took nearly 20 minutes after the shootings for an all-campus alarm to be raised, the imbecilic university president, Christina Paxson, had no good answer.

It’s been reported many times that the shooter yelled “something” before pulling the trigger and killing two students and injuring others. That something was reportedly “Allahu akbar.”

Yet officials refuse to disclose what the shooter shouted.

Hmmmm. I wonder if this is why:

Social media was on fire Tuesday with reports that a well-known campus left-wing activist who resembles the blurry person caught on surveillance cameras, was pro-Hamas, Muslim and gay. I know, I know. Only on a college campus does that sort of creature exist.

By late afternoon every mention of him on the Brown website had been scrubbed.

When asked why, the college president played dumb while Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha became testy, saying it could be “dangerous” to leave information about students on the website once rumors start.

Seriously?

It’s worth remembering that earlier this year Brown professor Rasha Alawieh was deported back to Lebanon after U.S. Customs and Border Protection found photos and videos of her supporting Hezbollah on her phone.

Like most elite colleges in the U.S. there is reportedly a sizeable pro-terrorist presence on Brown’s campus.

Fact is, two students are dead, nine are injured and real questions remain. One that needs to be answered: Was 19-year-old Alabama native Ella Cook targeted because she was vice president of the college Republican Club? She was reportedly shot multiple times and there are credible reports that her family was told she was the target of the shooter.

It’s tempting to say that if the FBI doesn’t take immediate control of the Brown investigation and elbow local mid-wits out of the way. But Providence law enforcement are pointing fingers at the feds for the bogus information that led to the brief detention of an innocent man on Sunday. They, of course, were the ones who leaked the identity of the innocent man.

Sheesh.

Something stinks in Providence. Instead of vigorously pursuing a gunman, locals appear to be more concerned about keeping certain information under wraps.

In the meantime, no one in the vicinity of that city should feel safe and college conservatives everywhere should keep their heads on a swivel.
