Loudoun High School Girl Invades Boys’ Locker Room
They especially don’t want girls VIDEOTAPING them in their locker room.
Too bad, say the woke school officials. Girls pretending to be boys have a right to invade your private spaces and if you object, they also have the right to film you.
Oh, on top of that, you’re suspended for 10 days.
That’ll teach you to believe that a person with a vagina and breasts and without a penis is a girl.
What’s wrong with you guys?
First, cameras of all sorts should be banned in places like bathrooms and locker rooms where adults and children have an expectation of privacy. Anyone filming inside one of these places ought to face serious sexual harassment charges.
Earlier this year, 7News Reporter Nick Minock was the first to report that LCPS launched a Title IX investigation into the students after they were recorded on video asking why there was a girl in the boys locker room.
7News was also the first to report that the female student who identifies as male was the one who recorded the video in the locker room -- a violation of district policy.
LCPS’s Title IX Office launched an investigation based on that video and the male-identifying student’s complaint. That office has now determined the two boys are responsible for sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination, according to attorney, Josh Hetzler, who represents the families.
Hetzler said they were notified by LCPS Friday evening.
The punishment includes ten days of suspension and a no-contact order with the complainant, including not being able to be in any of the same classes. The boys are also required to meet with school administrators to determine a corrective action plan, according to Hetzler…
The Virginia Attorney General investigated this situation over the summer and determined LCPS utilized an unlawful, discriminatory, and retaliatory Title IX investigation to silence students’ sincerely held religious beliefs. Attorney General Jason Miyares referred the matter to the United States Department of Education Office for Civil Rights and the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for further investigation. We are waiting to learn whether either or both of those agencies will act on those referrals.
The Stone Bridge High School boys being punished are about to begin their junior year. One of the families has moved out of state. They were reportedly told that the punishment would be reinstated if the boy moved back and re-enrolled.
According to Minock’s reporting, Loudoun County Public Schools has a policy that allows students to use gender identity rather than biological sex to access the single-sex facilities in the schools.
This is absolute madness.
It’s also unusual. We tend to hear from females who are having their spaces invaded by males. Not the other way around.
Defending this insane policy may be the reason Democrat candidate for governor, Abigail Spanberger was ducking debates until she finally agreed to an Oct. 9 exchange.
While this policy may make sense to the far-left extremists in Northern Virginia , it promises to make zero sense to Virginians with common sense who populate the rest of the commonwealth.
