Rooting For Iran: Trump Derangement Syndrome
It’s unseemly, not to mention unpatriotic.
I’m talking about the Democrats and assorted lefties in the media who this week were gleefully calling the American B-2 bombing of key Iranian nuclear sites a failure. Their premature celebrations were based on a leaked initial damage assessment that was labeled “low confidence.”
By trumpeting this slice of misinformation they were essentially cheering for Iran.
A country that wants us all dead.
How much must they hate Donald Trump to be siding with the Islamist extremists running Iran?
Yet there they were, hoping that the chief exporter of terrorism in the world was able to hold onto it’s enriched uranium so it could quickly build bombs to drop on Israel and ultimately the U.S.
All to make Donald Trump look bad.
These people are sick. Reopen the asylums.
We’ve come to expect this sort of nasty schadenfreude from the likes of CNN, MSNBC, and assorted nasties in Congress.
Oh look. Virginia Sen. Mark Warner initially found reports of minimal damage at Fordow “interesting.”
And when he wasn’t keeping his fingers crossed for an American failure, Warner called for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to be fired. I guess that’s how this senator - who never served in the military and it shows - thinks it works at the Pentagon: Carry out a bombing mission brilliantly, with no leaks, no casualties and you get fired?
Anyone remember Warner demanding the sacking of Lloyd Austin after the Biden administration got 13 troops killed and 18 gravely wounded in the botched retreat from Afghanistan?
Me neither.
Honestly, what is WRONG with this man? Early in his career Warner tried to position himself as a moderate Democrat, willing to reach across the aisle to get things done. Over the years he’s turned into a tedious partisan hack, churning out daily unhinged attacks on the Trump administration. His car videos are so cringe-inducing they’re barely watchable.
Remember, Warner once promised to serve just two terms in the U.S. Senate, yet here he is, Washington swamp creature, running for a fourth term.
Before he hits the campaign trail or makes another insane car video, someone should pass Warner a paper towel so he can wipe the egg off his face.
On Thursday the International Atomic Energy Agency announced that the centrifuges at the Fordow enrichment facility are “no longer operational.”
Other intelligence reports that are not “low confidence” show that Iranian efforts to develop a nuclear weapons have been set back years, not months.
Condolences, Democrats. Time to congratulate Trump, Hegseth and the Pentagon for excellence. Try to behave like normal Americans again.
