Biden Sets Title IX On Fire
On Friday the Biden administration announced a radical rewrite of Title IX, the landmark 1972 law that banned sex discrimination in education at any school (K-college) receiving federal money.
Thanks to Biden’s far-left secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, males who pretend to be female will have the right to complain if they experience any “discrimination.” Because they’re female!
Even though they’re biologically male.

Cardona released the changes to Title IX on Friday. For the first time Title IX now includes protections for “gender identity.” The implications of these rule changes, which were not voted on by Congress but drawn up by the fanatics running Biden’s administrative state, are sweeping.
What could possibly go wrong now that those who identify as a gender other than their own enjoy a special status?
Everything.
Males can slap on lipstick and demand a female college roommate, they can join female-only clubs, they can use girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms, parade around the women’s showers with erections and the girls can’t do one thing about it. In fact, complaining may be interpreted as harassment.

In the meantime, where are the feminists in their beloved “pussy” hats? Where are their Handmaid’s Tale costumes? Where’s the angry rhetoric about America’s war on women?

Those so-called brave “women’s rights” marchers, who proudly stuck pink vagina hats on their heads and took to streets after Donald Trump was inaugurated in 2016, are sitting in their salons, sipping white wine and eating bon-bons as 50 years of hard-fought rights for women were set on fire Friday by Joe Biden.
The patriarchy is back and a law that was designed to help women will now be a cudgel against them. Girls are no longer safe in their own sports, their own locker rooms or their own showers and these abortion-loving ghouls couldn’t care less.
The real mystery here is why Biden’s handlers have him going down this unpopular and anti-science path in an election year. The rules go into effect in August, unless lawsuits that will likely be filed this week, are successful in blocking the measures.
A larger majority of Americans now (69%) than in 2021 (62%) say transgender athletes should only be allowed to compete on sports teams that conform with their birth gender. Likewise, fewer endorse transgender athletes being able to play on teams that match their current gender identity, 26%, down from 34%.
Perhaps Americans know that the epidemic of gender identity issues is mostly a social contagion afflicting mentally unwell young people. And a subset of these “trans women” (i.e. men prancing around in womanface) have what is known as “autogynephia.”

Autogynephilia is defined as a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female. It is the paraphilia that is theorized to underlie transvestism and some forms of male-to-female (MtF) transsexualism.
The government ought to be protecting females. Instead, it’s conferring special status on gender identity and opening formerly women-only safe places, such as bathrooms, locker rooms and dorm rooms to autogynephilic males.
This is sick.
